What if the recipient has allergies?
Our regular donut bouquets and boxes contain gluten, soy, dairy and nuts.
If you have ordered a gluten free or vegan bouquet or box, we will only pack items that are suitable for the receiver.
If there is a known allergy for the recipient, please state the allergy in the 'specials request box'. We will do our best to ensure there are no products with those allergens, or cross contamination in your recipients box.
Donut Bouquet Canberra cannot guarantee that all food items were processed in a location without nuts, dairy, gluten and other food allergens.
Can I add a personalised note?
Yes of course! Please choose your donut bouquet and scroll down, you can type your note in the note section (max 40 words)
Can I choose my delivery/pickup date?
YES! Please don’t forget to choose a delivery date from the calendar. We are delivering donut boxes 6 days-a-week across ACT. Including public holidays.
If you can’t choose any particular date, it means we are sold out or not open that day. Please contact us.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn’t home, we contact the recipient on the provided phone number. If the number doesn’t answer, we look for a safe place near the door. If the entrance is away from direct sunlight, away from any unleashed pet and crowd we place the gift box in a safe area and send a the recipient a message to the provided phone number.
Please note that if it is an apartment building or unsafe, we take the gift box back to our address and contact you to organise PICKUP from Taylor, or a redelivery fee will apply.
If you don’t want the gift box to be left at the door, please let us know on the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. In this case we will take it back to our address and organise pick up or redelivery (fees may apply), depending on availability.
Can I request a delivery time?
We are delivering the gift boxes between 9am and 5pm Monday - Saturday. However these times will be extended on special occasions.
We do our best to fulfill specific timing requests, however it is not always the case. If you’d like to order it for specific timing, please contact us on 0423 198 201 days in advance for us to organise our schedule.
Can I order catering or custom boxes?
Yes, we’d love to be with you in your events, send us an email to discuss it further. info@donutbouquetcanberra.com
How do I cancel or amend my order?
You can cancel your order 2 business days prior to the delivery day before 12pm.
If you need to amend the delivery address, please contact us ASAP.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to a 95km radius of Taylor, ACT. This includes Canberra, Queanbeyan, Googong, Bungendore, Goulburn and more.
